These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParentingAI mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by ParentingAI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ParentingAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ParentingAI is an AI-powered parenting advisor that provides personalized, age-specific responses to parenting questions, along with tools to track your child's feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, health, and medications, a personal library to save and organize guidance, journaling, reminders, and pediatrician-ready reports.
All advice and responses in the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI system — not a human advisor, counselor, or healthcare professional. Responses are generated with the help of third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and xAI). AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only and may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
PARENTINGAI DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. The Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider with questions about your child's health. If you think your child may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
ParentingAI is not a mental-health service, therapy platform, or crisis-intervention tool, and it does not provide legal or financial advice. If you or your child are experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or Postpartum Support International (1-800-944-4773). For legal or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver to use ParentingAI. The Service is intended for adult caregivers and is not designed for direct use by children or minors.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Your data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data and close your account at any time.
Free trial: 7 days. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
You agree to use ParentingAI only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts, use the Service to generate harmful content, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, use it in any way that could harm a child, or misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the Service for you. We will never share your personal content publicly or sell it. All ParentingAI software, branding, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParentingAI LLC and its officers, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on content from the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParentingAI LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
